In conjunction with the famed Mayors Class conceptualized by the Singapore & China governments, a dinner was organized by the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) to welcome the visitors on orientation. The visitors were China officials ranging from county magistrates to vice mayors. The Chinese Baijiu Association (Singapore) was invited for the bonding and networking process.

The founder of Chinese Baijiu Association (Singapore), Mr Charles Oon was invited by China International Capital Corporation Limited to give a China baijiu presentation to their investment bankers and clients. A China baijiu tasting was also conducted to the enthusiastic crowd.

The Chinese Baijiu Association (Singapore) was honored to contribute whatever ways it could, as a part of the Singapore - China governments idea of the "The Mayors' Class" spearheaded by the Singapore Nanyang Technological University. Officially known to be the spokesman for China baijiu in Singapore, Mr Charles Oon was invited to introduce the exclusive China baijiu to the participants in their bonding activities.
