The 16 outstanding competitors in the grand Finals performed excellently. The theatre was bursting with cheering audience and all the seats were fully taken. High expectations were rewarded with superb vocal and stage performances from all the finalists. Deliberation on the 3 winners was tough but eventually the deserving winners were identified and each of them received the special  award from our Managing Director Mr. Charles Oon.

Let’s warmly welcome Mr. Xu and Manager Dai of Moutai Import and Export Co. to Singapore! They are here to observe the Singapore market. Singapore’s Chinatown is one of our very important distribution areas, together with Mr. Xu, we visited several restaurants in Chinatown.

In addition, Chinese restaurants and seafood restaurants in Clarke Quay and Boat Quay are also the main sites of their observation because of the number of tourists there. After several observations, Mr. Xu made some valuable suggestions to us, in order to improve Moutai's market in Singapore.

After observing the Moutai display in one of your partners - Southbridge Boutique Hotel, Mr.Xu immediately rushed to a dinner with the Moutai fans.

Singapore Moutai fans are delighted upon the arrival of Mr. Xu and Manager Dai. All of them especially took time off from their busy schedule to attend this special dinner occasion, just to get to know Mr. Xu. Thanks to the ultimate supports from these Moutai fans, we are able to enjoy such a beautiful Moutai Night.

Wuliangye Night~Exciting photos from the event are here! Yesterday’s (Nov 28) event with co-organizer Six Star International Club -- Wuliangye Night was extremely successful. This event gave everyone a deeper understanding of the famous China Baijiu Brand - Wuliangye. “China’s Wuliangye, the World’s Wuliangye”

In addition to the exquisite Wuliangye display and tasting, the event site was filled with dazzling performances of various styles. The Wuliangye variation showcased by the catwalk of models on stage was simply wonderful!

More performances’ photos are here! One after another beautiful and versatile dances were definitely eye-opening for all. The performers' hard work certainly paid off!

The success of the event can’t go without thanking our co-organizer - Six Star International Club, for their support. Singapore Baijiu Fans are delighted to visit China’s No.1 Distillery [Long Hui Distillery]. This is the first Baijiu Distillery in China that was built in accordance with international standard. The Distillery is indeed very majestic, definitely worthy of the “China’s No.1 Distillery” reputation.

#Luzhou Long Hui Distillery
The distillery is huge, covering an area of nearly 200 acres. This is a standardized distillery for integrating baijiu brewing, raw grain planting, pottery display hall, winery construction, baijiu development, and Baijiu Culture DIY Experiential tour. It is also the largest and most completed model distillery in China, which was certified by the China Alcoholic Drinks Association as “No. 001 Distillery”.

#Luzhou Experiential Tour with Guojiao
This experiential trip to Luzhou came during the last stop - Zhong Guo Baijiu Jiu Jin San Jiao Jiu Ye Yuan Qu. This park is the main location for the development of Luzhou’s baijiu industry. All this while, the park has continued to expand new spaces to enhance the carrying capacity of the baijiu industry and work towards the goal of cultivating a hundred billion parks. Their advanced planning and potential development plans are things that we can learn from. We would like to thank Luzhou Laojiao for their tour arrangement and warm hospitality enabling our Singapore Baijiu fans to have a very rich experience while enjoying the tour. 

Arrived at the China City of Wine - Lu Zhou, which is the birthplace of Guojiao 1573~

Our Singapore Baijiu Fan Exchange team has arrived at the China City of Wine - Lu Zhou, which is the birthplace of Guojiao 1573. This morning, we visited the national 4A-level tourist attraction which is the Guojiao 1573 Square’s [Guojiao 1573 National Cellar], [Luzhou Laojiao Museum] and [Chun Yang Cave].

Guojiao 1573, indeed a history that you can taste. The 1573 National Cellar was built during the Ming Dynasty (AD 1573), historically it was built the earliest, it was the best-preserved and used baijiu cellar in the country. It was recognized as the “China’s no.1” by the National Cultural Relics Department. Under the explanations by the guides, our Singapore China Baijiu Fans gained a deeper understanding of this long-standing baijiu culture of the Luzhou Laojiao. 

Chun Yang Cave - natural storage cave that has gathered hundreds of years of masterpieces from Luzhou Laojiao.  This place is not open to the public. We were only allowed to visit because we gained a special approval from Luzhou Laojiao’s higher management and we were lucky to witness this piece of history and as well as having a chance to taste the 62° original puree. Later in the day we arrived at the headquarters of the Luzhou Laojiao and attended the “Baijiu DIY” course, where we made our very own personalized Guojiao 1573.

Last stop of Wuliangye Yibin Tour: the Li Zhuang Ancient Town
Li Zhuang, an ancient town with a cultural and historical relic, tells the story of the resistance war and vicissitudes. It is an ancient town that reflects the Chinese Traditional Culture and cultivates the fineness of the Chinese spirit originated from the Chinese customs. We would like to thank Wuliangye organization for the arrangement, giving us an opportunity to bring our Singapore Baijiu Fans and learn more about the China Baijiu Culture. 



This exchange visit has made our Singapore Baijiu Fans understand the power of culture on a deeper level. Regardless of whether it’s Wuliangye’s baijiu culture or the local culture; we are totally into it.

Shu Nan Bamboo Sea - National 4A-level tourist attraction. The main core of the Shu Nan Bamboo sea is made up of 44 square km, which includes the  Ji Shan Shui, Rong Dong, Hu Po, and the Waterfall. Within this area, there are 8 main scenic spots with 134 attractions which includes Tian Huang Si, Tian Bao Zhai, Xian Yu Dong, Qing Long Lake, Qi Cai Feng Waterfall, Wan Jiang Jing Qu, Gu Zhan Chang, Fei Chui Chang Lang, etc. Thanks to the Wuliangye organization for their arrangement, it allows us and the Singapore Baijiu fans to visit and enjoy the beautiful sceneries from these national-level attractions.

#Shu Nan Bamboo Sea

The Singapore Wuliangye and Luzhou Laojiao exchange team have assembled in [Chengdu]! We specially gathered 5 of our loyal baijiu fans from Singapore, together with a reporter friend from Lianhe Zaobao so that everyone can come together and learn more about the China Baijiu Culture. Following up will be the start of this wonderful journey~
First stop: Yibin, Sichuan

Upon arriving in Yibin, we received a warm welcome from Wuliangye’s Mr. Kang (Figure 6)! We ate the most authentic Sichuan cuisine and drank Wuliangye baijiu. The SCB - Wuliangye Engish Language  Scholarship Programme, which we specially designed for Wuliangye company to embrace our two companies relationship was also officially presented at this luncheon!

The first attraction of the day: The Wuliangye Museum. This museum revealed the development of Wuliangye as the king of the China Baijiu Industry, showcasing the strategic evolution of the Wuliangye baijiu. The eye-opening experience made our baijiu fans in awe of all the details and contents.

Next up, the iconic wine mountain of the Wuliangye distillery. It has a commanding height of Shili Wine City measured at 320 meters above sea level, it takes about ten minutes to climb the summit and has an excellent panoramic view of the whole Wuliangye office and distillery compound. Figure 1: The Wuliangye bottle building broke the Guinness Book of Records for being the largest physical advertisement. These landscapes left our baijiu fans in awe and couldn’t wait to take a photo with it. After that, we went to the Wuliangye Tasting Room and tasted the original pulp baijiu which has an alcoholic content of not less than 72 degrees. It was really intoxicating!
